Can I cancel or change my order?
We start preparing your order as soon as it’s confirmed on the website, so order changes or cancellations aren’t possible once it’s processed.

I ordered multiple items but only part of my order arrived. Why?
To keep delivery costs low and ensure faster shipping, some products may be shipped separately.
