Return and Refund Policy
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
After this period, returns cannot be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@viratrendy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original labels and accessories.
Return Process

Email us at support@viratrendy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. -
Follow our instructions:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that our return processing warehouse is located in China. -
Pack it securely:
Ensure that the item is safely packaged to prevent any damage during shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please email support@viratrendy.com with the details of the desired product.
We will guide you through the exchange process.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@viratrendy.com.
After 12 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order as it could already be processed for shipping.
If your order has shipped, you can return it according to our standard return policy after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@viratrendy.com and include photos of the issue.
We will promptly investigate and ensure that a replacement or corrected item is sent to you.
