Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
All orders are processed and shipped from our partner fulfillment centers to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Procedure

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received it.
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

After your order has been processed, you will receive another email containing your tracking information.
Once shipped, your package should arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

We offer free delivery for all orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

Delivery Delays

In most cases, orders arrive within 6–9 business days.
However, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections or local carrier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order by contacting us at support@viratrendy.com.
Please do so as soon as possible — once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order cannot be cancelled in time, you may still return it in accordance with our Refund Policy after receiving it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please accept our sincere apologies.
Send clear photos of the issue to support@viratrendy.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your case and ensure that a replacement or corrected item is sent to you promptly.
